I read so many product reviews before buying this projector as a gift. Everyone seemed to like this projector. First, the instruction manual looked like it had been copied too many times. I need Reader 3.0 to read the type. I understand the instructions very well, but they were incomprehensible. The sound from the block was like a whisper. The cheap remote didn't turn up the volume at all. I tried syncing my bluetooth with it and again there was almost no whispering. I tried to stream a movie with my iPad, but no matter how many cables I tried, they weren't recognized. I used my fire stick and even with the wifi in the house the movie wouldn't start. It just kept throwing errors. I couldn't use my NETFLIX because it wasn't discoverable. I called 800 from the photocopy of the instructions and after it rang the voice said "hello" and hung up. I emailed the company but no one replied. The "screen" that comes with the kit is a sheet with grommets. But since it's intended for outdoor use, it's best not to blow into the wind, as the flapping of the blade will distort any projected image. It was a disappointing "open-air movie night" to say the least. I don't think so many genuine buyers liked this projector and gave it good reviews. I think, these are paid reviews. He's returning to Revain! DO NOT BUY THIS PROJECTOR. The company contacted me and very kindly apologized for my problems. They offered to replace the projector as they think mine is defective. I appreciate the sincere answer. The projector was probably broken. This is a real company with real people. They fully justified themselves with their kind and lengthy email I received.
