I was looking for a relatively cheap combo shower head to replace the one that broke in the house we rented. I bought this as it seemed comparable and didn't want it to be too expensive as I intend to just leave it behind. Arrived safe and sound, all components packed in a plain cardboard box. The instructions were very clear and I had no problems with the installation. The only problem was just removing my old shower head as the main nut was very tight and all the old plumbing had to be removed (a roll of new tape is also supplied). Because of this, it took me maybe an hour when in reality it should have only taken about 10 minutes. It's just cheap plastic (the handheld shower hose is metal), but the showerhead works well and it's nice to have two choices of which showerhead (and type of spray) to use, especially when you're taking a bath. someone else. As others have said, the spray adjustment is a bit tight and awkward, but it's not really a problem once you understand how it works. Maybe you just want to make some adjustments ahead of time before getting your hands wet. If you find yourself wanting to adjust your spraying style frequently, this product may not be for you. If you have low water pressure I would remove the small flow regulator as others have suggested. I haven't done this on mine yet, but I think I might go back and fix it at some point just to have a bit more pressure. Not bad, but I don't mind if it's better. Overall I recommend this shower head and don't expect any major issues if you decide to purchase.
