USB powered - you need a computer to use it!

These lights can only be connected to a USB port for power supply. I thought the USB would charge them but I was wrong. You need electricity all the time. The description says you can use 3AAA batteries but there is nowhere to put them. Maybe a different power supply is needed? Listing information not included. strange! If I wanted to hang my laptop outside with these lights, that would be perfect.
