Review on REED Scraps Leather Garment Cutting by Kristen Reid

I ordered 2 pound pieces of leather to make into wallet handles. So I was expecting random chunks. What I was NOT expecting was a whole pound of useless junk! As you can see in pics 1 and 2, they're really useless (and I'm a very imaginative, practical person, I try to use every last bit). The other 1lb were good decent sizes that are quite usable (as you can see in the 3rd and 4th pics). It is very obvious (as seen in the 2nd picture) that the seller simply swept the leftovers right off the counter. and sold them. IT WAS NECESSARY! There was absolutely no need to offend that much to sell his junk! I'm a seamstress and quilter and I know what leftover fabric looks like! As I said, I've been sent a few items that are 100% usable and I don't think I'm the only one who would rather have 3 or 4 good pieces to work with than throw away a pound of pieces I have to have ! This company should really think about what's more important: getting more money at no cost OR happy customers. I'm a small business owner myself and I guarantee you'll end up making more money if your customers are happy because they keep coming back! I buy a lot of fabric/craft supplies and spend quite a bit of money on such items, but I will not buy from this company again (unless they fix the situation by refunding half my money. And if they do, I will definitely come back and update this review).
