Infused coffee is my favorite option and this coil design is the most compact solution I've ever seen and used, but it's not always an easy process when it comes to making coffee. If you're going to use this unit, I've found that you absolutely need a flat, stable surface and some aftermarket #2 cone filters (the ones that come with it are tiny and tend to fall out, they're disposable) for it to work well. Sometimes in the morning, when I've got everything set up correctly, I find that holding it over the cup (it tends to slide) and pouring can be a balancing act. One thing I have to stress, DO NOT stretch this coffee maker, it will make it less stable and it will be difficult to get it back into shape. Pros: Lightweight (half the weight of a GSI product) Compact Makes great coffee Can be difficult to use, although it won't replace any of my coffee makers at home, it's great for any trip. I've already made a few modifications to help it, I've added some griptape on the bottom to keep it in place and bent the temple to stabilize it. Of course it has a few issues, it makes good coffee and I'm very happy with it.
