Lightweight, convenient, easy to clean. much to love here.

The best sign of a good product (for me) is that I can recommend it to a friend and buy it again. In this case we now have two of them to make 2 cups of coffee at the same time while hiking. Even funnier, even though we bought them for camping, we now use them at home every morning. It wasn't our intention, but they're really easy to clean, they allow us to make great coffee, and they're convenient to store. intelligent product.

Good coffee for coffee machines

Definitely do not use the filters that come with the kit, buy cone filter #2. I read another review about a filter defect so I wanted to try it myself ( live and learn) and had coffee grounds in my coffee. If your cup is too big like mine, you can put something flat (popsicle or plastic knife) between this "coffee maker" and your cup and it works fine. Also, it drips fairly slowly, which is good because the coffee tastes good, but if you want your hot water to cool down quickly, then not so…

Great lightweight compact pour over coffee maker

I've been using this to make coffee for a few years now including a number of field exercises everywhere from the California desert to Japan and have been completely satisfied . I started looking for a pour over coffee maker that would fit the narrow neck of my Hydroflask coffee mug. Our ceramic pot didn't fit and the coffee spilled all over the counter. This type is perfect, so much so that I use it every morning when I go to work. I disagree with what others have said - I think the Hario V60…

OK, but not perfect.

Infused coffee is my favorite option and this coil design is the most compact solution I've ever seen and used, but it's not always an easy process when it comes to making coffee. If you're going to use this unit, I've found that you absolutely need a flat, stable surface and some aftermarket #2 cone filters (the ones that come with it are tiny and tend to fall out, they're disposable) for it to work well. Sometimes in the morning, when I've got everything set up correctly, I find that holding…

I really wanted to like this dropper. The design looks so elegant. But unfortunately not everything works so well. Something in the round shape slows the rate at which the coffee drips, and the open structure offers no thermal insulation. (I didn't assume the plastic dripper provided insulation, but apparently it does.) Combine the two and add some cold cream and you have a not-so-hot cup of coffee. I didn't want to believe it, so I started competing in two cups. Each consisted of 280 grams of…

it does not slip off a glass, mug or similar

I bought it for camping. I have some coffee filters: Chemex, glass V60, ceramic V60, fine mesh stainless steel V60 (so you don't need a filter). They all work great except for the last one (which is terrible - it clogs up after every use no matter how hard you clean it). But they are all too bulky for camping so I wanted to try these. And I have to say it's wonderful. It's light, compact and does its job well. I even use the same 02 V60 filters I use for everything else. Also, I never brew just
