I like that it helps us keep track with our employees in terms or where we are at compared from last year as well how many people have been hired for this quarter etcetera! The only thing i dislike about beamERY system was when you log into your account there were times my screen would freeze up so sometimes if im doing something else while logged onto BEAMERYS website then all sudden its frozen but not sure why? If u r looking out an easy way t o organize ur team members make use OF THIS SYSTEM ITS VERY HELPFUL AND EASY TO USE!!
