Doesn't stay on Toothbrush

They came in different packaging than pictured but still Pursonic RBH-8 for our S450 toothbrush. After about 3 days of use, they keep falling off the brush head and are therefore unusable. I've tried emailing Pursonic for advice from customer support but haven't received a reply. At this rate my husband and I will be using 8 packs a month which is quite expensive. You may need to consider buying a different brand of toothbrush.
