The support team is quick to respond (it matters!) - sometimes it takes longer for someone at our end to actually get back in touch with them than you would expect! They are very proactive about providing solutions or answers so things don't fall through the cracks like they used to do when we hosted everything ourselves. Honestly? Just use them all over everything. We have gone from doing 99% of maintenance via RDP into being totally VMWare-ed up within 4 months time. If there's any doubt, just trust what this team says. There will not be any issues with their work because they deliver exactly what promised. No problems here so far and we've been using them since before even AWS was an idea. Highly recommend they're services if you need someone who knows what they're doing. Infrastructure management without spending thousands. It allowed us to focus more energy towards innovation rather than maintaining software stacks. And best part is we did not spend $5k+ a month for hosting anymore - saving money while giving up nothing but better efficiency. I like that Managed IaaS provides the tools and expertise to understand how to manage the underlying infrastructure. I think it could be improved if it included more specific areas of the infrastructure stack, such as network or storage. The benefit is that it can manage the underlying infrastructure for me and keep it up to date. That is a huge benefit for me. It is a great service and I would recommend it. We use it for all of our infrastructure needs.
