This stand was solid and fitted our TV perfectly. All equipment was neatly packaged and labeled to follow directions. The instructions were clear and pretty basic. The only difficulty was aligning the wall mount to decide where the screw holes should be. It's almost impossible to hold a very heavy mount steady against a wall, use the included bubble level, and then make minor adjustments to the mount. After several unsuccessful attempts, I simply placed the staple on a piece of paper and traced the outline and screw holes on it. I then carefully cut out my bracket template and used it to determine direct placement on the wall. In the end it turned out perfect. Another unexpected experience was when the TV was hung on a wall bracket. I didn't know the TV mount had tilt adjustment, so the TV flopped forward onto the floor, startling me. But after adjusting the tilt where necessary and tightening the screws, everything was perfect. So overall it was a great mount. I only recommend making a wall mount template to make installation easier.
