A good necklace. The stone itself looks and feels great. It also has a good weight to it. Howlite is supposed to help with the overactive mind and even though I'm not that mystical, it seems to be helping with that issue. The only thing I wish was different was the lace itself. There's a nice design near the stone but I thought it would be black, but it is a dark brown. Not too noticeable but that's my preference. And the ends that you adjust for the length are so thin! I feel like they'll break if I get snagged on something. Expected just a little bit more for 20 dollars
