Great product and support
After plugging into my laptop's USB port, it automatically installed the necessary drivers to recognize the fingerprint reader. Setup went smoothly. The only thing I complain about is that it doesn't tell you how to encrypt/decrypt files and folders. I emailed tech support and they said you need to download a software called SmartID who sent me a link to get the software. I just want them to put it in the description so people know about it or put a link in the package. Otherwise everything works like clockwork. It's worth the price.
