There was no Samsung customer service.

Samsung Blu-ray player is good, but the Samsung website where you buy App Cash to actually use the SMART TV features is full of dangers. I pressed the button to buy App Cash and nothing happened. There is no confirmation screen. There is absolutely no indication that the transaction has just been completed. Click again, nothing happened, but I found out later that I had just bought more App Cash. I even restarted my computer twice thinking it must freeze as nothing happens. All in all, I tried the transaction a few times discreetly β€” and without guidance β€” I ended up with $200 in App Cash instead of the twenty I was planning to buy. I know it was stupid! But I just couldn't believe that such a simple transaction could be so complicated. But the worst experience was contacting the support team. After 6 phone calls in 3 months I almost gave up and now I want to warn others about this site - the support team will be very concerned and give the impression that they are trying to solve your problem. But after almost 2 1/2 hours on the phone I can report that there was absolutely no decision for or against! They just wore me down until I gave up. Today I decided to use some in-app cash. It took me 15 minutes to set it up and log in, and then it said "not enough storage" to download the 2.44MB app. I give up - I just give up. Samsung, you win. I have the most expensive Samsung HDTV, a 3D BluRay player and a Galaxy S3 phone and they just blew me away. The last time, after 10 minutes of waiting, the phone clicked and I was disconnected. Buyer Warning. I would consider another brand.
