Review on Sharp Countertop Microwave Oven ZR559YK 1.8 Cu. Ft. 1100W Black With Sensor Cooking by Paul Ajayi

Even though I had the dimensions in the product description its bigger than I expected. My error. But, it arrived damaged. No way to know if it left the fulfillment center like that or it happened during delivery. I reported the damage and asked for a replacement of the same item.The box had a gash in it and when I opened it up and finally got it extracted from the Styrofoam and tight fitting cardboard box the side of the microwave was scratched and the edge of the door on the hinge side was dented. It was very difficult to get it all to fit back into the box on my own to have it picked up for return. Then on the day of pickup I was home all day except for one hour of course when the driver arrived to pick it up. No second chances. I even left a note saying this was the box please take it if you're here. It was too large and heavy for me to lift so I had to wait until someone came over who could manage getting it into my car to take to a shipping store. Major pain all around.
