I like it. I was hesitant as it's about twice the size of other paper towel holders BUT the one towel at a time/no overturn feature made me take a chance. How often do you only have one free hand to grasp? paper towel when you work in the kitchen? And how many times do you end up trying to run out of four feet of paper towels and still trying to separate one from the bag? So it seemed worth it. I'm so glad I did! It works like magic! We installed it vertically because we just didn't have any free space under the counter between the lights under the cabinets and the magnetic bars on the walls under the cabinets for knives and kitchen utensils. Instead, it mounts vertically on the side of the cabinet next to the sink. One towel at a time, no matter which hand you use! Pulling out a towel is NOT difficult - there is little resistance so no pulling is required which was another reason for doubt. A commenter mentioned a "click" when unrolling a paper towel. , and yes it is, but it's not a problem. A few clicks and they're not particularly loud either. I'm not sure why that would bother anyone unless your job is to stand next to this thing and steal paper towels 8 hours a day? I could see it getting tiring after a few hours of pushing. The ONLY downside (and the reason my husband insisted that while he loves it too I could only give it 4 stars instead of 5) is that it's black but comes with silver screws. We wanted it to be dark because all of our fixtures are antique bronze, but the silver screws really ruin the look. Luckily we've encountered this before, which is why he had some black screws, but he feels like they should come with black screws automatically. He's right, but I don't think it deserves one star. Maybe 1/2 star? Aside from that minor blemish, it's definitely perfect. Well worth paying the extra $9 or $10 for this towel at a time! If you hesitate, don't do it. You will not regret the purchase! [But buy some black screws while waiting for UPS delivery. :-)]
