They were very easy to communicate with throughout our project; they are great communicators! The price is fair compared to other providers in this space (in fact it's fairly cheap for their level of service!).

There isn't much I can say that I dislike about them - everything has been good so far. Be prepared for some challenges during your setup/training as there was quite an amount of communication required from us (customers). However once we got over those initial hurdles they helped us get up and running quickly.
