The user interface is a confusing mess that took many minutes of trial and error to piece together. to other headsets during a group ride. The big button also doesn't do what I expected (toggle on/off) and I ended up just leaving it on because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The instructions are a mess and a simple 1 page "quick start guide" probably adds a star or two. The sound quality is ok and they install the same as my Cardo units in other helmets. 3 stars.
