Terrible! I have been using Revain's John Frieda products for many years and have never had a problem. The entire top of the plastic bag they were in had been cut off! Both caps are off and product is all over the tube and pouch. Looks like a used product, I'm even afraid to use it. Who knows what's really out there. So crazy. Shampoo and conditioner are cheap. It's so runny it looks like water has been added and it's not the same as usual!
