I like the possibility of having several clients for different services and then organize them into groups according to area/location/client/work order etc. It makes it easy when trying to update each work orders because we only input things changed versus creating an entirely new entry. The application can get confusing especially if you do not pay close attention to directions or explanations. Make sure your users are proficient with this type of software so its beneficial for both sides rather than clunky benefits from lack use of skill by end-users. Tracking projects as part in progress within project management system - able to track multiple assignments simultaneously and manage client feedback. I can see all my notes from any job site easily using this software as it's very easy to use. The customer support team are also friendly and helpful! Nothing really at this time. They are still learning how we work so they haven't been able to solve issues for us yet. If you want an easy-to-use tool to keep track of your jobsite information then this might just do it for you. We have found it useful when managing our jobsites.
