I would give it 5 stars except the instructions on the label are a bit simplified. I recommend searching Google for articles on the best way to teach your dog to ring a bell to announce it's time. For the pug owner who gave this product a bad review, just don't waste time training your dog, no ifs or buts. It is rewarding and fun to watch your dog learn this. Once he learns this, he will abuse it (ring, ring, I want to PLAY outside), but over time he'll learn that it's strictly for "potty training". It's worth every dollar of its price here for any owner willing to play sports. their dog for a day or a week to get used to it.
