Description of ๐Ÿถ SPOT Gotta Go Door Bells Potty Trainer: Train Your Dog to Go Outdoors!

Simply hang gotta go over a door knob that leads outside, and hold your dog's paw and teach your dog to ring the bells. When the bells ring, praise your dog, open the door and tell the dog to go outside. When the dog relieves themselves, open the door and praise your dog again. Repeat these steps several times a day. It is a pleasant alternative to door scratching or barking.

My dog โ€‹โ€‹won't use it

My Pomeranian doesn't use it to tell me when she needs to go potty but it seems like a good product. She's not really the type to respond to typical "training" actions, but she finds her own way of telling me when she needs to go out ;) If your dog is easy to train or you have the patience to train him teaching how to do that, that's what I would suggest. It's still hanging on my door and is cute, if a little useless to me!

DANGEROUS goods, should be recalled! Shitzu, 7, chewed on bluebells on day one, holding one in her mouth and almost swallowing. VERY DANGEROUS! I don't have to send it back. It scares me and others how it will be sold to unsuspecting pet owners. My dog doesn't chew. 2 bells chewed. I shot 2 more which makes no sense. Sent back but money was not refunded. Hm! I do not recommend!

Works perfectly! suitable for doorbells

When I unpacked my Ethical Gotta Go doorbells, I was concerned that such small bells would not make enough sound when struck. However, they are quite noisy and I can hear my pup even when I'm on the second floor. It hung low enough that she could nudge it with her nose when she was smaller/lower, but now that she is 6 months old she can hit it with her paw. She often does this just to go out and chase a leaf, but for now I'm fine with it as long as she does her other "things" outside (which she

Works as advertised

I would give it 5 stars except the instructions on the label are a bit simplified. I recommend searching Google for articles on the best way to teach your dog to ring a bell to announce it's time. For the pug owner who gave this product a bad review, just don't waste time training your dog, no ifs or buts. It is rewarding and fun to watch your dog learn this. Once he learns this, he will abuse it (ring, ring, I want to PLAY outside), but over time he'll learn that it's strictly for "pottyโ€ฆ

Amazingly efficient

Okay, I'm a fairly new pet owner. I had dogs as a child, but they were anything but the hounds that belonged to my hunting father. As such, there is no real experience of potty training a dog. I had my doubts about this, but you should just go ahead and ring the bell/praise your dog. He or she will make himself comfortable. It's all about repetition and positive interaction. It's been a little over a week for us. My daughter told me I was crazy and that it was useless. I kept trying. One day Iโ€ฆ

No more accidents! best on doors, gates and ramps

Let's face it, sometimes when our bags break it's because the people in the house aren't picking up the signals from our furry friends. You might not realize they're sitting by the door, but when the bells ring, it immediately grabs your attention no matter where you are or what you're doing. Several bells are attached to each leg to spread the sound. We have a camp where the door is a long way from where we were seated, so I also attached some large Christmas bells to make the sound evenโ€ฆ
