When I bought this set I didn't realize the tiles were 'thin'. Our family doesn't like thin tiles as they are too easy to damage and awkward to use. If someone wants a quality set, don't choose this one. Choose one that contains thicker tiles as these are much better. The game is easy to use regardless of the tiles and is fun to take with you when you travel. Confusion can arise when trying to tell the difference between blue and black tiles. We had to put a black dot on each of our black tiles so we could see the difference. It doesn't matter if you are young and have excellent eyesight. But when you're old or older and your eyesight is failing, it's often difficult to spot the right color.
