Fits like a glove. I have tried almost every shoe and this is the best. Not perfect but the best. I have always had an issue with foot fit which continues my search for a new road cycling shoe. As others have said they are a little tight so in my case I went for a 44 (size 11). I wore an older custom size 44 that fit like a size 10. The flex gives me a little more room but I have some heel slip. I even tried downsizing and it still slips a bit, even though the shoe was too tight in everything else. Most people probably won't have the issues with narrow heels that I do, so you really can't go wrong with this shoe. My concerns aside, I love how sharp they look and I don't even think about my legs while cycling. Get a pair.
