The quality of this product is extremely poor and not up to industrial and scientific standards. The only positive thing about it is its collapsible feature, but it fails to do the main job of keeping cold items insulated .The material feels cheap and flimsy making it not durable at all. It's not worth the investment and does not meet the needs of a restaurant or instacart service. Avoid this product at all costs..
