Review on Optimized Powerblend Relaxed Elastic Bottom Pants for Men by Champion by Mark Harrison

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Buyer Warning. for men

This is my third purchase of Champion Powerblend Joggers. My first two were bought very close together in black and navy, both open bottomed. It was the relaxed bottom with loose elastic around the ankle. I thought I knew what I was getting myself into with this purchase, but I immediately sensed something was wrong. First, the paper label says it's made from recycled fibers. The tag sewn onto the pants says it is, as I would expect, a 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester but with some recycled fibers. I think it changes the feeling. Compared to the other two pants I own, these appear much lighter and thinner. The inner lining also feels a lot thinner and doesn't look or feel like the same durable, thicker material as my other pants. To be honest I think the Powerblend option is strong, durable and very close to the reverse woven material that Champion has. The Powerblend is a bit softer but definitely not as thin as the pants I received. Like I said, something wasn't right. Maybe the seller has some imperfect versions of these sweatpants and is trying to sell them on Amazon for a lower price, after all they are $16.95 normally $40.00 / normally $26-35 on Revain. So the price should have alarmed me.
