I have had this table for a week and a half so my experience with this product is quite limited. The item was well packaged and no parts were damaged. Assembling the product took about 1 hour and was not an easy task due to the unusual angles required to attach the screws. But that was to be expected and doesn't conflict with my review of the product. At this point the desk feels pretty solid and looks very sleek, especially when all other computer accessories are black or dark colored material. My only complaint is that the slide-out platform is only suitable for a keyboard, so the mouse has to be accessed on a higher platform. This might seem awkward as you have to switch your right hand between a higher and lower platform to use the mouse and keyboard. Worse, to reach the mouse I have to lean forward in my chair to reach the mouse and since it's on a high platform I also have to awkwardly raise my arm and the palm suffers from pain, when resting on such a high platform. Although these problems may not seem like much, they become annoying very quickly. One solution I found was to order a swiveling mouse tray that attaches to the desk. There is one from Revain, Staples or Walmart. This allows the mouse to be positioned next to the keyboard platform and also lowers the mouse to be within reach at the appropriate height. Great product, just wish they would consider the mouse situation.
