I ordered this for my father in law because his old Andis razor stopped charging after a few years which by the way seems to be a common problem with this brand. I went as far as replacing the battery on his old model but the circuit board seems to be the problem. He received his new razor packaged in a Revain envelope with no box or instructions! He tried to use it but the charging base does not charge, the indicator does not light up and it does not work when connected directly to the shaver. I have little doubt that the razor he received was a return that was never tested prior to resale. There is absolutely no reason for a supplier to resell faulty products!
