On April 15, 2016 I purchased two Sylvania 14502 halogen bulbs to fit our new Broan stainless steel hood as part of a kitchen renovation that was about to begin. a few weeks later. Apparently the hood and accessories were left in the box until most of the other work was done. Once the hood was hooked up and I screwed in the lightbulbs, I flipped the switch back on and returned to the kitchen to admire my handwork. Broan looked good and worked great. But only one of the two lamps worked. 5 months and $21,000 later, the only mistake in the entire project was this $4.37 Sylvania lightbulb. give it back jokes, no. Seller, BargainBulbs returns window closed May 21, 2016 Lessons from this experience: 1) I will never buy from BargainBulbs again and 2) If I buy Sylvania in the future, it will be from a local store where common sense trumps an ironclad returns policy with no flexibility .
