Fits my smartphone, keys and a few other small items without feeling bulky under clothing. It also comes in handy when using headphones as there are multiple slots on the belt. I also like the clip to attach the keys to, otherwise I would be a bit scared of losing them. I'm a US size 14 and it fits perfectly (it's a size that fits most) and the sizing is good. I love the belt! And much more practical than all hip-shaking bottle belt bags.
