The cover itself is very thin as described, it seems you have a very soft inner layer to protect the car, which is not true, just a different color. In addition, the straps that are supposed to hold this tarpaulin on the car simply snapped during a light storm. All day I've had to adjust and reattach these straps and tie them down to try and hold this (mostly a tarp) to my car. I know it's only $25 but it's a complete rip off. I could buy a piece of plastic and some elastic cords and it would work better and for less money than this case. Do yourself a favor, spend your money. I know better you get what you pay for. I spent some money and got a piece of junk.
