Last year alone I placed over 300 orders on Best Buy. This is the first time using this platform that I've ever felt the need to rate or review a product. I had high hopes for this band. Out of the box it looks great. In fact, based on looks alone I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, looks alone aren't worth the headache and hassle you will go through with this band.Too begin with, there are two sets of instructions for removing a link or two if needed. In my case, I did need to remove a link to fit it to my wrist properly. The problem is that both sets of instructions are super tiny, not well written, and once you do figure it all out the mere exercise of removing a single link will make you want to hit your head against a wall until you knock yourself out. The process is beyond frustrating, doubly so if you have normal sized hands and fingers.If you made it as far as removing a link without jumping out a window out of sheer frustration, congrats. Unfortunately you still have to attach the band to the Versa. Now if you have super tiny fingers and the dexterity of a surgeon you will probably be able to attach the band to your Versa in a few minutes. For those among us with normal sized fingers, well, you better summon up the patience of a monk because it's going to take you awhile, especially the second half of the band. The pins included to secure the band to the Versa combined with the half link you slide the pin through are terribly designed and make the whole process much harder then it out to be. I can take off and put back on the included band that came with the Versa in less then 30 seconds, but this one took almost a hour to finally connect just to give you an idea of how frustrating the process was for me.So, in short, looks nice, but looks are far outweighed by a poor design and poor instructions.
