This voice recorder is useless because I don't know how to use it and neither does my son who is studying engineering. I bought the Asurion warranty and tech support plan but it was useless. I've been on the phone with tech support for 2 days. All technical support staff had never heard of this recorder, had no recorder training and DID NOT have ACCESS to the manual. The manual is written in microscopic script on cheap 2 x 4 inch folded paper which is impossible to understand as it is written at an advanced technical level. I don't understand how to save records and mark their time. I don't understand the terms in the manual and I have no experience downloading MP3 files to my computer. I felt hopeless and miserable after listening to tech support for two days.
