Review on 🚽 Oatey 43495 PVC Closet Flange: Stainless Steel Ring, 3" x 4", White - No Test Cap Included by Aaron Ward

This cabinet flange is the right choice. I installed it on a 3" PVC sewer pipe so the flange could fit over the new tile floor. After wetting it with PVC adhesive, it fits snugly against the sewer pipe and lies flat on the floor. The stainless steel flange rotates to allow for proper alignment of the hold down bolt holes. The stainless steel flange has a low profile to the ground, allowing enough clearance between the rim and the clean ground to push the retaining bolts into place. I used stainless steel screws to attach the flange to the sub-floor through the holes drilled in the stoneware. No problems with tight fitting. The only thing I wanted was for the metal to be a bit thicker, but I think it will work fine. I like it better than thick PVC flanges and will NEVER use metal that will rust! I think stainless steel is the only option. I am very pleased with this Oatey 43495 cabinet flange.
