Pros: The device is really ready to use. It plugs right in to replace our OEM decks. Looks great and works. 5 minutes installation. Cons: DOES NOT include an antenna cable adapter for older VWs (mine is 2011). If you want a working AM/FM radio, you need to buy an adapter. The rear camera AV connector does not have instructions on how to use it. There was no room for it in my wiring harness. Finally, when you first connect your phone, it offers to direct you to the App Store to download some sketchy-looking third-party apps. I suggest not to install them as they have nothing to do with Volkswagen. All in all, upgrading your VW infotainment center is a great thing. I'm not sure what happened to the sketchy app suggestions. seems suspicious.
