It's been a long time since I reviewed any software or CRM system other than Microsoft Office products.

This product does not provide me with the ability to track all leads across my sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. I would also like to be able to have better reporting of contacts so I can find what are the most important prospects in my pipeline and then target them for outreach at specific times of year. By implementing this, we've realized new ways of targeting our business clients for marketing initiatives.
