Pretty good at tones and astringents
This toner was great - very gentle on the skin and never irritates. However, as is the case with most skincare brands these days, none of the claimed benefits have materialized (except maybe for hydration). It cleaned my face perfectly without irritating me and that was what mattered most to me.
