Broke the new iPhone 12

The phone is currently in recovery mode but when not connected to iTunes it is just on the Apple logo. It started the day after I got my wife these chargers for her birthday. All troubleshooting guides say it's probably a battery issue and we know what's likely causing it. Thanks to your terrible product, we now have a broken new $1,000 phone.
