I take this model for the second time. The first one worked for an honest 3 years (as promised by the manufacturer), after which one of the fans stopped working. After an hour of searching for a replacement without the desire to overpay, the choice was again made in favor of this model. The cooling system in my laptop is good, I use the stand more for safety. But one day, by chance, I tested its work stressfully - I launched the laptop without a built-in cooler at all, with this stand. The result is tangible: without a stand, the laptop worked for 15 minutes, with a stand - 30. I still do not advise repeating such tests :) By the way, it is better to power it not from the USB port of the laptop, but with a separate adapter from the mains - and the power will be better supplied, and extend the life of the laptop.
