This fitting is a leaky piece of hot debris. This is a cheap clone of Ktuned 1/4 inch Acura RSX / Honda Civic Si EFI 8th Generation Ktuned Firewall Adapter. There are 2 o-rings in the inner hole of this fitting, but the inner hole is NOT 1/. 4 inches. Wrench flats are not AN spec, they are 16mm at the top and 17mm at the lock nut. When tightened, it wobbles from side to side, and when this happens, fluid flows out the back of the fitting, the horseshoe-shaped locknut.
