Works well once you figure out how to sync it to your TV.
This new Element remote came with no programming instructions so I synced it to my TV. I turned on the device using the power switch on the bottom of the TV. Then I pressed the leftmost button that looked like a remote control. The TV screen asked if the Alexa remote was the default. Then I pressed the back arrow key. This synced the remote and displayed a message that the remote was synced. Now it works great. Hope that helps. It works the same as our original remote control.
