This is a kitchen gadget for dicing. I've used it to cut whole potatoes and it does the job perfectly. It's as quick as throwing a medium potato at it and two quick swipes and you have a diced potato. It's easy to clean (just be careful with the cutting heads). Rinse and done. The only real problem is the suction base. They must have a very smooth surface for the suction cup to work. It works on an empty baking sheet or stainless steel sheet. If it is not fixed firmly, you will find it difficult to use it effectively.
