The best part of using this software was that it made my life easier when I had multiple clients with different needs at once! It took time for me as an assistant attorney general (AAG)to learn how all these functions worked together but after some training from their support team we got there eventually!! This program helped us keep track not only about each case assigned by one AAG or another lawyer within his/her office -but also kept records regarding any correspondence between myself & other attorneys working under him / her etc..
