Update: (been up for a year or there abouts) this has held up extremely well. Super specious. I keep heavy stuff in it and no issues at all. I ordered extra hooks to hang more crap from it. Highly recommend.Bought new, but tape had been cut so I'm guessing this was a previously returned item. Further evidence of this is that there are supposed to be 6 s-hooks, but there was only one. Hoping the company can just mail me the missing pieces.I'm getting pretty sick of having to mess around wasting my time with returns and reorders because ebay warehouses are sending defective/used items.Installs easy. Seems sturdy. Time will tell.
