My most recent online shopping experience with GlobMarble was disappointing. Even though their products may be of high quality, their customer service and international shipping regulations may use some improvement. Their international shipping costs were outrageous, and their website was complicated and challenging to browse. Even worse, the package of my order contained a number of missing products and came weeks later than anticipated. My request for help was answered with coldness and a lack of concern when I contacted their customer support. I paid a premium for their items, yet I still felt frustrated and let down by the whole process. I would caution overseas customers who are thinking about making a purchase with GlobMarble. Their customer service and foreign shipping policies could not live up to their reputation for high-quality products.
