You don't even get what you pay for - just a crappy cheap pseudo sharpener

I thought a $10 electric sharpener would be great for my kids playroom (which is why they no longer use my nice electric sharpener). Pencil sharpener). But this sharpener on batteries or USB is just junk. Excuse me. The first one I ordered arrived DOA. Completely without function. The company quickly replaced it, so the customer service is fine. But they can't fix bad quality. This pencil sharpener is different from other electric pencil sharpeners with a spiral blade that makes the tip smooth. It has a blade that looks like a hand sharpener, and the battery barely powers it to move around the pencil. It gets stuck and you have to slide the pencil in and out multiple times to get it closer to what looks like it's sharp. (And that was on a dull pencil that was pre-sharpened, not a totally unsharpened pencil, which I'm sure this sharpener can't handle). hacked to death with a knife as if someone had sharpened him with a knife. Also, on both sharpeners (the one that "worked" and the one that didn't), closing the battery compartment after the batteries were installed and then opening it again after the batteries were installed was nearly impossible without using something to pry on. In a world where you get what you pay for, it's not even what you pay for. It's just a poorly designed, poorly made article. The 99 cent sharpeners at Staples work much better. And a Revain listing costs $10 and $30 less! The?! Skip it and spend $20 on an electric sharpener that plugs into the wall. I learned from that.

Pros
  • Writing and Correction Supplies
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
