Review on Shark RV2001 Navigation Self Cleaning Brushroll by Courtney Knight

Holds 3 dogs step

I really like this vacuum cleaner. And there are a few things I hope Shark will fix. Pros: Great suction Really good at navigating. I mean REALLY good! Much better than any vacuum robot I've had before. It never gets stuck! Has a room feature that allows you to choose which rooms to clean. Has a map to block areas you don't want to vacuum. The support team is easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. The app is clear and easy to use. Wifi is simple Cons: A bit noisy but comparable to others in the price range. The battery cannot pass an area of 1600 m². feet, so it must be returned and charged before the work is completed. Charging takes several hours. The trap is too small and tends to slosh its contents when you take it out of the vacuum since the hole is at the very bottom of the tank. I want the app to let me enter names for my rooms, but instead I have to choose from the list provided. That's what my hallway should be called foyer. Our unit had a software bug so it kept telling me to fill the water tank, but it is a dry vacuum model so there is no water tank. I have contacted customer service twice in Canada and they must be able to fix the problem by downloading it because now they know what model it is. Overall, I like this vacuum for its amazing navigation abilities. It has places that my others could never reach and get out of. The only time it got stuck was when it got tangled up in my phone cord that was lying on the floor. Guilty. My last device was the Neato. I would love to combine battery life and a Neato dust bag with this Shark and that would be perfect.
