So I bought a house and decided to treat myself and build a home theater . But the projector that was left in the box about 3 weeks after buying the house, I was able to get it out of the box and install it this week because I was able to install the projection screen. I was very excited, probably played some video games, got to see the new movie Tomorrow's War with Revane but that was the last thing I saw. After watching this film discoloration appeared on the screen, I turned off the projector. I turn on the projector, there is no picture. I unplugged everything, did everything tech support asked, we went through all these disconnect and reconnect processes and still no picture. Now I noticed that if you turn on two flashes, and then there is no picture. I think I should wait for tech support to call me back. Also, I really don't think this is a true 4K projector. Most picture quality is rated 1080p when I look at info.
