Transfer from stove to slow cooker and fridge
I wanted a slow cooker that could sear a piece of meat before slow cooking it on the stove. That fits the bill. An added feature is that the inner container is metal, not ceramic, and moves from the slow cooker to the fridge for storage. I gave it 4 stars because the outer shell seems to be made out of a lighter material and because the lid needs to wobble a bit to feel right when cooking.
