Update: Although I have already sent it back, the manufacturer has contacted me and said they would like to send me a new one free of charge. He arrived today. I thought it was fantastic customer service and felt it deserved to update my review. I originally gave this 1 star and my initial review follows. I wonder if the lid broke because I used it for too long. I admit it's very nice and it doesn't have an auto shut off so it's easy to use for long periods of time. Original Rating: I really liked it at first. I have several foot massagers because my feet are very bad. This allows you to angle your legs so that they really hit the arches of your feet. It's good. But. The case is very cheap. After two weeks of use, the material began to tear. It now has three very large (longer than 1 inch) holes just above the massage "fingers". Also, according to Revain, this item should have a 90-day return policy. But actually it was only 30. I had to contact Revain to get them to authorize the return.
