After great success with the first one, bought a second fan. I have a year, another six months. One in the bedroom, the other in the TV room. Since quiet operation was very important, I installed one bedroom with a standard wall switch and another with an Emerson four-position sliding wall switch. While fully adjustable wall switches are great, in my experience they are often the cause of fan "hum". Both fans are completely dead. When the lights are off I can't tell they are on except for the breeze. Exactly what I wanted and the perfect size for these small spaces.
